When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before the awards for you to send to your confirmed guests.

What is the dress code for the evening?
The dress code for the evening will be 'Black Tie' and cocktail / evening dresses.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply.
How do I order drinks for my table?
If you would like to order drinks in advance a form will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. You can also order additional drinks on the night via your wine waiter. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks.
How can I enter?
Click on the categories tab and select the category you wish to enter. Entries must be submitted by 31 JANUARY 2012
The process is simple. Select the category you wish to enter, complete the entry form and the 500-1000 word supporting statement and attach any supporting material required follow the statement for each category to comply with the judges' requirements and submit your entry.
Supporting material can be uploaded to your entry - just click the Upload Files button at the end of the entry form and attach the supporting material you wish to submit. This must be submitted by the 31 January 2012

When will I know whether my company has been shortlisted?
The full shortlist will be published on this website and in Optician Journal in early February. You will also receive confirmation by email at this time.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Optician Awards on Saturday, April 14th 2012 at the Hilton Hotel Park Lane, London
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
Simply book online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submit your details.
